PIXTA Vietnam is a branch of PIXTA Inc. group, established in Vietnam in May 2016, with the function of product development for PIXTA corporation. What will you do (with us)

  • You will work on problems connected to PIXTA’s products, operations, and business – not isolated AI exercises.
  • Work closely with AI engineers, product owners, and project managers to identify problems, design experiments, and evaluate solutions.
  • Explore bold ideas and validate them through experiments with measurable outcomes.
  • Build AI Agents from early experimentation and prototyping through evaluation and deployment.
  • Design agent workflows involving LLMs, tools, APIs, internal systems, and structured or unstructured data.
  • Evaluate agent quality, reliability, cost, and latency.
  • Learn how AI systems move from POC -> MVP -> production.
  • Explore how AI can redesign existing workflows instead of simply adding another tool on top of them.

Potential projects you may work on include:

  • Conversational Search: Build systems that allow users to explore millions of digital assets using natural language instead of traditional keyword-only search.
  • AI Customer Support Agent: Go beyond traditional FAQ chatbots. Develop agents that can understand customer intent, retrieve information from internal systems, reason across multiple data sources, and help resolve customer requests.
  • AI Agent for System Operations: Explore agents that help engineering teams monitor systems, investigate incidents, test product functionality, analyze logs, and collaborate with humans during operational workflows.
  • Agentic Organization: Explore how AI Agents can be embedded into company workflows. The goal is not simply to give employees an AI assistant, but to explore how humans and AI agents can work together to create an increasingly AI-native organization.

Who you are

We care more about your fundamentals, curiosity, and ability to build than how many AI tools or frameworks you already know.

  • Strong interest in AI and building real-world systems – this matters most.
  • A background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good programming skills, especially with Python.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ideas into working prototypes
  • The ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • A willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and experiment.

Nice to have (not required)

Experience or familiarity with some of the following is a plus:

  • AI Agents and agentic workflows
  • RAG and information retrieval
  • LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
  • LLM evaluation and observability
  • APIs and tool calling
  • Data pipelines, databases, or data warehouses
  • Git and Docker
  • Cloud platforms
  • LLMOps, MLOps, or AI deployment processes
  • Startup, hackathon, research, or product-building experience

Important note:

You do not need to know everything on this list. We care more about strong fundamentals, curiosity, and your ability to learn and build.

We are not looking for someone who only wants to learn how to call an LLM API. We are looking for someone curious about a much harder question: How do we build AI systems that can reliably solve real problems and create measurable value?
